  • Brier is roughly a 2 x 2 mile community made up of a diverse group of families, singles, and empty nesters. We always feel like we are in small town but very close to a few great cities.

  • The city of Brier hosts a variety of community activities throughout the year such as SEAScare, Christmas Tree Lighting, and Summer concerts in the park that give it a small town feel yet minutes from Seattle, Everett, and Bellevue.

THE HOME

  • In 2017, we remodeled the kitchen to create the kitchen of our dreams which includes the big island, double sinks with touchless faucets, walk-in pantry, double oven, and special kitchen aid cabinet. The kitchen has plenty of storage for all your kitchen tools, and entertaining accessories.

  • In 2017, we added the gas fireplace in the living room which heats the whole house in the winter. We love the versatility of the gas in the living room and wood burning fireplace in the family room when we want the sound and smell of a wood burning fire. Very cozy.

  • In 2020, we updated the primary bathroom to include a soaker freestanding tub, glass enclosed shower, bidet with heated seat, and a heated floor.

  • In 2022, we updated the upstairs laundry room to include a large utility sink, lots of storage and customized pedestals for the washer and dryer. We also included a beverage fridge for quick access to beverages and snacks.

  • Having two bedrooms downstairs has been such a bonus with new work from home realities. Two floors away from everyone’s bedrooms but close enough to be able to manage the kids.

  • The backyard is where you can find us most of the year. It’s a 3-season playground- 4 if you count playing in the snow! We host friends, BBQ, watch outdoor movies, play on the basketball/sport court and enjoy the beautiful birds that come to visit us and make part-time homes in our lush trees.

BRIER

Brier bursts with small town charm.
