Helping You Find Home
A thoughtful real estate guide since 2005.
Since 2005, I have been helping buyers and sellers in Seattle’s diverse community navigate the path to homeownership and manage those investments. From tech professionals and artists to city employees and retirees, my clients reflect the vibrant tapestry of this city.
Real estate practices evolve and change but what remains the same is everyone wants to be heard and my business is built on a foundation of rock-solid communication. Explore my website, and let me know how I can make your real estate experience seamless, personalized, and maybe even a little fun!

“My wife and I call Sarah the “house whisperer” because she has an incredible sixth sense for all things related to buying and selling a home. We are *so* thankful to have been lucky enough to buy and sell our first family home with Sarah. She’s an expert—she has a deep understanding of the market and can quickly detect the pros and cons of a property. Sarah is incredibly communicative, accessible, and goes above and beyond while navigating what can be a highly emotional process. She’s the person you want on your team—an advocate for you, a translator of complex information, positive, and resilient. Seriously, she’s a rare unicorn in this industry! We are proud to call her a friend and forever thankful for her talents.”
-Kim and Reanna, West Seattle
PROUDLY WITH:
When working with a Windermere broker, you’re working with a neighbor involved in the community and invested in you.
Brokers at Windermere Mount Baker provide professional real estate consultation and direction for home buyers and sellers. Our office opened in 1979, the fourth of now over 300 Windermere offices, and is the only large, full-service brokerage with an office in south Seattle. The office combines the character of a local, family-owned business with the marketing power and support of one of the nation’s largest residential real estate firms.
Involvement in the Community
Every time a Windermere broker sells a home, a portion of the commission goes to the Windermere Foundation, a non-profit that supports low-income and home insecure families. We also support many local organizations including Rainier Valley Food Bank, Treehouse, Rainier Little League, and Southeast Seattle Schools.
Ongoing Relationships
Windermere brokers provide counsel throughout the complete real estate transaction: from house preparation, housing search, and price analysis to marketing, negotiations, closing, and beyond. We have expert knowledge of real estate and community resources.
Experience Matters
When buying or selling large, complex investments – trust our experienced professionals. Our clients have been benefiting from our market insight, negotiating skills, and personal touch for over 30 years.
Windermere Mount Baker Giving
At Windermere we believe in more than just helping people find homes; we’re passionate about building a stronger, more connected community. Through our fundraising initiatives, we’ve partnered with local charities, schools, and organizations to support causes that matter most to our neighbors. From food drives and housing assistance programs to sponsoring youth sports and arts initiatives, every dollar raised is poured right back into the community we proudly serve. Together with our clients and team, we’re committed to making a positive, lasting impact—one home and one act of kindness at a time.

“This was not our first-time using Sarah to sell a home. We continue to use her because of her knowledge, experience, and drive. For reasons beyond our control, we were forced to wait and put our home up for sale in a sliding market. Sarah demonstrated true professionalism throughout the entire process and got the job done.
From the online listings, pictures, brochures, open houses and information cards throughout the house to connecting us with stagers that made the place look immaculate, we were able to get it sold much sooner than expected. We really appreciate her responsiveness and communication and would highly recommend her.”
