Meet Sarah Rudinoff

Sarah Rudinoff

Real Estate Specialist

Growing up on the island of Kauai in a family of real estate brokers, I knew one day I might join the ranks of the family business. Becoming a broker in 2005, I now have one of the most unique and varied client bases in the city- from tech workers and artists to city employees and retirees. Real estate evolves and changes every week but what remains the same is that everyone wants to be heard and my business is built on a foundation of rock-solid communication with every client. I also believe the real estate journey can be fun and I have been nominated by clients for Seattle Magazine's Best in Client Satisfaction award each year since 2009 and have won twelve times.

I have worked with hundreds of people to align their desires and budgets to win in a competitive market as well as negotiate for the best deal in a buyer’s market. I have a soft spot for first-time buyers and continue to love going on that journey with people. And after decades in the business, I have sold many clients multiple homes- including their forever dream homes when they are done with working life. On the listing side, I maximize proceeds for my sellers by intelligently preparing homes to show them at their best. Marketing is knowing your audience and telling them a compelling story; I create a custom plan and narrative for each home. I am full service and bring my team of painters, handy people, cleaners, stagers, and photographers with me. Hand me the keys and I’ll take it from there!

I have had a long-time commitment to donating to organizations that bring more equity to Seattle including Mary’s Place, the Duwamish Tribe, BLM King County, Treehouse, the Boys & Girls Club among others. I am the editor of the agent-to-agent equitable housing newsletter SeaChange. I also am an artist and am very active in the arts community as a performer and patron. For thirty years, I have hosted of benefits for the arts including for the Henry Art Gallery, Seattle Art Museum, BASE, The 5th Avenue Theatre, ACT Theatre, Velocity Dance Center and On the Boards.

I am proudly an agent at the Windermere Mount Baker office, the 4th oldest Windermere Brokerage, owned and managed by Joe Easterday. Joe is a former social worker and it shows- we have one of the most community engaged offices in the city, giving back throughout the year with our money and time. We also have some of the best negotiators in the city in our office who get the market share of the business in our neighborhoods. I work all over the city and own a home and a garden sanctuary in West Seattle.
